How ranking works: eligible Premium providers form the first group and eligible Standard providers the second. Inside each group, a weighted score rewards strong reviews from completed bookings without letting a single review dominate. An incomplete or unapproved account is not shown.

What does the orange badge mean?

The orange badge is a Premium subscription benefit. It is not an identity badge. Every provider shown in discovery must still meet MyFilo’s approval and profile-completeness requirements.

Can Standard providers appear in discovery?

Yes. Approved providers with complete profiles remain visible on Standard. Premium providers appear first, then Standard providers. Reviews improve position within the same tier.

What happens when Premium is cancelled?

Premium benefits continue until the current paid period ends. The badge and 0% commission then end automatically, while the provider remains eligible for Standard discovery.

Is a profile photo mandatory?

No. A provider can complete their required profile without a photo. Photos, galleries, certificates and social links are optional trust signals.

Does MyFilo verify phone numbers by SMS?

Not at launch. MyFilo collects a structured international number, prevents duplicate use and keeps it private, but does not describe it as phone-verified.

Where do dog-park rules come from?

Published park entries include a source link and checked date. Always follow current municipal signage and local rules at the park.
